Any coverage, permitted gig use, limits, exclusions, deductibles, and cost must be confirmed in the final rental agreement and applicable insurance documents before driving. Depending on those final terms, you may be personally responsible for deductibles, damage, liability, or other losses that are not covered, to the extent permitted by law. This acknowledgment records that you received this notice.
