Charles Bois Enterprise LLC d/b/a MOTURRA (MOTURRA, we, us) offers weekly vehicle rentals for gig drivers in Pennsylvania. This policy covers information provided through drivemoturra.com, our rental application, and our communications about applications and rentals.
Information we collect
- Contact information: your name, phone number, and email address if provided.
- Application and eligibility information: your age eligibility, Pennsylvania license history, driving-record answers, gig platforms, expected driving hours, rental duration, vehicle interest, and insurance and deposit preferences.
- Identity and verification information: your legal name, date of birth, Pennsylvania driver's license number, last four digits of your Social Security number, license photo, and a selfie holding your license, as requested in the application.
- Authorizations and communications: your electronic signature, verification authorization, insurance-notice acknowledgment, application reference, messages, and rental-related records.
- SMS preferences: your choice to receive texts, the associated phone number, consent disclosure and version, source page, timestamps, and opt-out requests.
- Technical information: browser/user-agent information sent with your application and information processed by our hosting and anti-abuse providers, such as IP address and security signals.
How we use information
We use information to process and review applications, verify identity and eligibility under the authorization you provide, communicate decisions and next steps, arrange and administer rentals, address payments and customer service, maintain consent and authorization records, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet legal obligations. Providing an SMS opt-in is optional and is not a condition of applying for or renting a vehicle.
Service providers and permitted disclosures
We use service providers to host and secure the website, process and store applications and uploaded documents, support business records, and deliver communications. The website uses Cloudflare hosting and Turnstile security, and the application submits to a Google Apps Script service. Telnyx supports our text messaging program. These providers may process the information needed to perform their services.
Where authorized or necessary, relevant information may also be disclosed to verification providers, insurers, professional advisers, or authorities to administer a rental, carry out an authorized verification, comply with law, or address fraud, safety, or legal claims. These disclosures do not authorize unrelated marketing use of SMS consent.
No sale of customer data; SMS privacy
We do not sell customer personal information.
No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared for third parties' marketing or unrelated purposes. We may provide information necessary to operate the messaging program to messaging service providers and carriers acting to deliver or support our messages.
Optional text messages
If you separately opt in, MOTURRA may send automated texts about your application and rental, including onboarding, pickup and return instructions, vehicle-specific fuel requirements, and payment reminders. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. See our SMS Terms and Conditions. You may contact us by phone or email instead of using texts.
Security and retention
We use safeguards intended to protect personal information, but no transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. We retain information as needed for application review, rental administration, customer service, consent and authorization evidence, fraud prevention, and applicable legal or recordkeeping obligations. Retention depends on the type of record and its purpose.
Please do not send Social Security numbers, driver's license photos, payment-card details, or other sensitive documents by ordinary text message or email. Use the application upload process when requested.
Your choices and requests
You may decline optional SMS consent, opt out of texts, or contact us to request access, corrections, or deletion of personal information. We may need to verify your identity and retain certain records for legal obligations, active rentals, disputes, or proof of consent or opt-out. Any additional rights available to you depend on applicable law.
Security tools and third-party sites
Cloudflare may use cookies or similar technologies for security and anti-abuse checks. Third-party sites or services linked from our website have their own privacy practices.
